    This evening my husband walked over to pick up a meal for me as I wasn't feeling well and really wanted KFC. I was beyond disappointed when he arrived home with my meal and I discovered the gravy for the fries was missing. I phoned the KFC on Ladner Trunk road and was promptly told it was a mistake and there was nothing that could be done, unless we wanted to return for a gravy or credit. I was livid! Not only was my meal ruined, I am utterly disgusted with the lack of service from this location. This is not the first time this has happened and I will not order from here again. I will be sharing this experience with others as well. Horrible customer service! How would you feel if this were you?
